Beckenham History Inquiry

We have had a very inquiry-focused week, with children wrapping up their Beckenham History inquiry projects. The photos below are from Wednesday afternoon when the pressure was on to get presentations completed. Today the children shared their learning. We all learnt lots and were impressed with the confidence, creativity and knowledge displayed by many of the students.

Week 9

Jump Jamming: On Tuesday four of our energetic girls spent the afternoon learning a new Jump Jam routine with the Jump Jam master, Brett Fairweather.

Choir: We were very proud of our choir as they performed at the South Christchurch Schools Music Festival. A special well done to our soloists and musicians.

World War 1 Home Learning Shared

We had a great time on Monday sharing our packages for the soldiers. The children had done a fabulous job; many thanks to you at home for your input.  We are currently marking the letters that they wrote, again we have been impressed with the way they infused research into their creative writing.
